Ford Recalls Almost One Million Vehicles for Defects

Ford has issued a major recall for the following:

  • 2013-2015 Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ; 2015 Ford Edge vehicles for a problem with the steering gear motor that can result in a loss of power steering. This will not result in a total loss of steering capability, and Ford is unaware of any accidents related to the problem.

  • 2013, 2014 Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ; 2011-2014 Ford Fiesta vehicles were recalled over a door latch issue that causes doors to open, sometimes while the vehicle is in motion.
