Toyota is recalling 778,000 RAV4 SUVs and Lexus HS 250h sedans to correct a suspension problem that could cause the vehicles to crash. The company said if the rear suspension nuts are not tightened properly following a wheel alignment, the arms can rust and separate from the vehicle. There have been nine crashes and three minor injuries due to this problem.
The recalls of the RAV 4s cover the years 2006-2011. The Lexus recall is for the year 2010 only.
