Dream-On-Me Incredible Play Yards Recalled Due to Strangulation Hazard

The CPSC and announced that Dream On Me is recalling about 10,000 Incredible Play Yards because the rails can collapse and become a strangulation hazard for children. The company is recalling two-level deluxe adjustable height playpens with model numbers starting with 436A, 436B, 436G, 436O, 436P and 436R. There have not been any reports of injuries the devices. The play yards were made in China and sold online at Amazon, Kohls, Toys R US, WalMart, Wayfair and other online retailers from March 2010 through January 2014 for $60.
