The formal boundaries are Bay Street to Adams Street and Main Street to Liberty Street.
On Thursday, July 9th Downtown Vision, Inc. will present ‘The Elbow Bender’. An event which will kick off Thursday evening promotions in The Elbow. The community can enjoy FREE festivities and entry into the bars on July 9, from 6-10pm!
The Bender will play host to food trucks, trivia & games and craft beer specials. The Elbow bars will offer After Dark programming the night of The Elbow Bender and will offer happy hour and all-night drink specials on subsequent Thursday nights.

There is plenty of parking, especially now that the new Duval County Courthouse, the State Attorney’s and Public Defender’s Offices have moved to Monroe and Jefferson Streets, and access to The Elbow is easily reached from all five Downtown bridges.
