We are pleased that Bradley Bodiford, a former state and federal prosecutor, has joined our team.
Bradley developed invaluable trial skills prosecuting criminals in state and federal courts throughout the region. He has helped hundreds of victims seek justice from domestic terrorists, white collar fraudsters, drug traffickers and identity thieves, serving as lead attorney in dozens of jury trials.
These courtroom skills will serve our clients well as Bradley investigates and prosecutes companies who have unfairly harmed consumers. At Terrell • Hogan, Bradley represents consumers who were injured by defective products, including claims involving medical devices, insurance, consumer products, professional uniforms and tobacco. His prior experience representing Fortune 100 companies for a large international law firm, gives him valuable insight to help our clients who are facing some of America’s biggest corporate giants today.
Bradley investigates in depth, advocates with dedication, and sees things through to the end; that often means going to trial.
Bradley is a board member of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, the region’s largest law firm that represents those who can’t afford access to justice on their own. He has also served as a legal advisor to K9’s for Warriors, and represented a veteran who was being illegally evicted from his home because he had a trained service dog. He also served as Public Policy Chairman for ImpactJax, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce’s young professional group, and was a mock trial coach for FSU Law School.
A graduate of the Florida State University College of Law, Bradley served on the Florida State Business Law Review, the Trial Team, and graduated with honors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mercer University and graduated summa cum laude.
Outside of the office, Bradley enjoys running, cycling, participating in triathlons and tennis.
He and his wife, Katherine, recently welcomed a son and live in Jacksonville Beach.
