Roundup Claims: Know the Signs of non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

I’ve filed more than a dozen lawsuits against the maker of Roundup, Monsanto, alleging the popular weed killer caused my clients’ non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL).

My clients used Roundup to kill weeds in their yards over a period ranging from 10-40 years. They are living with NHL, a non-curable cancer, and the fear that it might come back.

Generally, I am finding those who acquire non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma from Roundup exposure have consecutive years of exposure, with a minimum of eight hours of exposure per year.

NHL made lay dormant without symptoms for many years. The disease is slow to develop. That’s why it’s important to know the symptoms of non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and see a doctor if you have them. Symptoms of NHL include: swollen lymph nodes in the neck, armpits and groin, abdominal pain and swelling, chest pain, coughing, breathing trouble, persistent fatigue, fever, chills, night sweats, unexplained weight loss, frequent and severe infections, bruising and bleeding easily and feeling full after a small amount of food.

If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and used Roundup more than a few times at least six months before getting diagnosed, you may have a claim. Consider contacting me at 904-722-2228 for a free case evaluation.
