Mr. Bedard helps represent business and individual clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal court. Mr. Bedard has a passion for finding creative ways to help his clients achieve the best possible result. He focuses his practice on fraud, breach of contract, tortious interference, negligence, and defamation. In addition, Mr. Bedard has experience in employment matters, ranging from drafting policy handbooks to defending businesses against frivolous claims of discrimination.
Mr. Bedard received his B.A. in Advertising and minor in Innovation from the University of Florida, where he graduated summa cum laude. Mr. Bedard received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was recognized with a Dean’s Leadership Award for his time as the Executive Articles Editor of the Floria Entertainment and Sports Law Review and the President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
