Greetings to our clients and colleagues:
Even as businesses and professional offices begin reopening, the COVID-19 virus remains a public health threat. Our firm continues to follow CDC guidelines including social distancing, handwashing, no handshaking, mask wearing, surface cleansing etc.
Additionally, we are socially distanced when at our desks, and we have face masks for when any of us leave our desks. We ask that our clients wear a face covering or mask when visiting. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one.
We are available to you both at the office and remotely, if necessary. And our reception staff is answering calls as usual.
• If you need to meet with us, we’re glad to do that. If you prefer to meet by telephone or video conference instead of in-person, we can do that too. (As you can imagine, we’ve done that often over the last few months.)
• Our lawyers and staff have been limiting business travel to avoid unnecessary exposure. If there’s a basis for believing a person has been exposed to the virus, the firm will investigate and may require that person to work remotely for an appropriate length of time.
• Our office is open during normal office hours to accept deliveries and mail.
The health and safety of our employees, clients and colleagues is our first priority. We are taking care to avoid the Coronavirus interfering with our firm’s ability to meet the needs of our clients.
If you have any questions or comments, or if we can do anything to help you, please call us.
You have our very best wishes for your families’ health.
