
consideration extra effort for the betterment of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the justice system its members serve. The JBA works through multiple committees that focus on professionalism in the practice of law, expanding the delivery of legal services, and serving the greater Jacksonville community.
Bruce chairs the Judicial Relations Committee and this year developed, in conjunction with President Gillam, the concept for the Judicial Reception & Swearing-In Ceremony held on June 17th. The committee has organized more Sidebar Lunches with the Judges than ever, and multiple CLE programs. These are the six programs so far this year:

The First District Court of Appeals Sidebar Lunch is July 22. Attendance is from 20 – 45 at each program. The Judicial Relations Committee is also working to acquire mentors for the law students that have signed up.
