Wayne Hogan was recently named a Child Advocate of the Year by Florida’s Children First at its Northeast Florida Reception.  Each year, in communities throughout the state, Florida’s Children First honors individuals making a significant difference in the lives of children within their communities.
Florida’s Children First is the only statewide organization working to protect the legal rights for Florida’s at-risk children, with a special emphasis on those in the state’s foster care system.
