Alan Pickert Supports Law Student Loan Modifications

Terrell • Hogan law partner and asbestos disease expert, Alan Pickert, recently participated participated in the American Bar Association Midyear meeting as the only ABA delegate from Jacksonville Florida in the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Midyear meeting.

The ABA meets twice a year to propose, debate and put forth resolutions for all legal jurisdictions and law schools to follow. This results of this year’s meeting were recently published in the Jacksonville Daily Record – The Marbut Report: ABA supports law student loan modifications

Alan was chosen Lawyer of the Year in 2017, is past president of the Jacksonville Bar Association, and has been successfully handling asbestos mesothelioma and lung cancer cases and automobile accidents for Terrell • Hogan for almost thirty years.
