CURRENT UPDATE INFORMATION
COMBUSTION ENGINEERING (CE)
The bankruptcy court has not yet asked for reimbursement of funds already paid by the CE Settlement Trust. For those of you still holding funds related to this settlement, you should continue to hold these funds until such a time that the matter is resolved in its entirety. We will keep you apprised of the status of this settlement as new information becomes available.
HK PORTER ASBESTOS TRUST
The HK Porter Asbestos Trust has been processing and paying settlements. There were many claims that should have been paid by the Trust in June but were not. We have addressed this with the Trust but have not received information from it advising when the claims will be paid. We have requested immediate payment from the Trust and hope to send you your settlement funds very soon.
