BiographyWith her degrees in law and nursing, Anita provides the firm with a strong advocate for those who have been wrongfully injured. Her work on a variety of asbestos cases has resulted in millions of dollars in settlements for victims and their families. Her time away from the office is devoted to her sons Seth and Riley.

Biography
Alan focuses on several aspects of law including, but not limited to, representing individuals who have been seriously injured due to exposure to asbestos, automobile and trucking accidents, dog bites and vaccines. He has been published twice for his articles on asbestos and medical malpractice and has successfully represented victims and families in over 150 wrongful death lawsuits.
He is the immediate past President of the Jacksonville Bar Association and was the recipient of the Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Service Award for his work with the homeless and underprivileged in Duval County. He has repeatedly received the highest rating from Martindale Hubbell in its rating of attorneys in the United States, was named as one of Florida's top attorneys by the Florida Trend magazine and was recently named as one of Florida´s super lawyers.
