Terrell Hogan Leads the Charge to Protect Asbestos Victims

(05/19/05)

Legislators have been misled on both the national front and in Florida and are attempting to pass legislation that would drastically affect those who have been injured from asbestos by protecting negligent manufacturers of asbestos-containing products. Federal Senate Bill 852 and Florida Senate Bill 2562 impose strict medical criteria and are unfair to workers and communities who were knowingly exposed to asbestos. We are meeting with legislators on a daily basis to educate them why these two bills should be voted down. THIS AFFECTS MANY ASBESTOS VICTIMS, EVEN IF THEIR CASES HAVE ALREADY BEEN FILED. Please see the links below for legislators’ names and contact numbers so you can vote NO on these bills and have your voice heard.
